Mental Health Matters is a 6-week program that will take place onnce a month during the lunch block. This program aims to address the issue of negative mental health in adolescents. We will concentrate on student stressors and pressures, along with building coping mechanisms and resilience. We have many fun activities planned such as yoga, journaling, meditation, mind-glitter jars and more. These lessons and activities will help students learn positive skills and ways to manage stress.
